tips on exercises to tone.....

Ive been trying to tone up areas like my arms, back, and legs. I feel as if my legs are getting tone and tight and I can feel my arms getting there as well but I cant get my back/sides of my chest tone (ladies, some of u may know what im talking about, that back fat/side boob fat area lol!)

Any suggestions??

  • If your not already using them, free weights, free weights, free weights! Also, indoor rock climbing has toned my entire body!

    about how many pound for free weights? for should I start low and work up?

    awesome! I look on youtube ALOT! I just feel there are SO many videos, I get overwhelmed!
