Walk at Home

I just did the 5 mile walk at home dvd and dont know under what to put it to count my calries and the same for the 30 day shred I started today can someone plz help me????

  • I did a Walk at Home DVD today too... I just entered it as "walking 4.5 very brisk pace" for however many minutes you did it. That should be pretty accurate

    i log the 30 day shred as circiut training for 20-22 minutes. hth.
