Abs on fire workout

Found this workout which I tried today which is a beast. Would put the picture up but not sure how to.

3 sets, 20 reps each, 60 second rest inbetween sets.

1) windshield wipers
2) long arm crunches
3) reverse crunches
4) cycling Russian twists
5) heel touches
6) modified V-sits

Give it a go :)

    That looks brutal! I can feel my abs are in pain without even having to do these! :laugh:

    Yes it is painnnnn. I guess that's why it's called abs on fire ha ha.
