I started the my fitness pal 10 days ago and I love it. I like the ease of using it. I have lost 8lbs as of today and I have eaten pretty much what I wanted. I have given up bread and tryed to have more protein. I try to get 30-50 of some workouts in and I feel I will finally be able to stick to something because I am doing something I can continue to do. I have about 40-50 more pounds to go I will keep you posted.

  • The first week you will lose the very most. As weeks pass it trails off but congrats on your loss!

    Congrat's. I started on about 11 - 12 days ago....and I wish I was as far as you. Only 2 pounds, but weigh is tomorrow. I find this easy to use as well. This might be the year!
