    anyone from woodford area same boat as me looking to loose about 5 stone tried everything but always end up putting it back on so need help and encourgement ...

      No need to be nervous as you have come to the right place for encouragement and support.

      Set small goals as you go through, get a load of good supportive friends to help and just enjoy.

      It isn't a chore, it is a lifestyle change you are about to make, as we have all came here to do.

      Thanks Buddy sometimes you feel as your the only one thats fat lol if you know what i mean Tried everything mate loose it put it back on head goes down but you jus smile through it

      Ok, I live in Essex too. Seems as though everyone on here is really nice so if encouragement will help you then this is the best place to be as everyone is here for the same reason, not sitting there with their super toned bodies telling you what a nightmae it is to lose weight while they're pinching their non-existant 'fat' :happy:

      Thanks , yes i know what you mean the last few years i piled the weight on , breeped up but certainly not creeping off so i need to get right into this and get the weight off
