Eating Exercise Calories

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but do you all eat ALL of your exercise calories? I've been doing that but have only lost about a pound over 3 weeks.
I'm watching my sodium, fat, water and having been logging everything I put in my mouth...even down to a stick of gum. I've been switching things up at the gym and nothing seems to work. And yes, I'm aware that I could be losing inches but not pounds.
I'm just thinking of only eating 75% of my exercise calories and seeing what happens....

I thought the same thing. I only eat half and I think that is sufficient. I think of it this way I exercise to lose more weight not to get to eat more food.0

I eat about 70-80% purely because I think MFP is way too generous with how many calories I do burn, but yes, I eat the majority of them. I also drink water, exercise daily, etc. I also try not to eat the exact same amount everyday so that my body doesn't get used to a particular number of calories. If you put in the work, the results will come- stick with it! :-)0

I try not to eat my exercise calories. But I usually plan my meals in the morning so I know what calories I'll be eating throughout the day. Sometimes I dip into my exercise calories but I just try to steer away from it so that I know that I'm on the right track. Im sure eating some of them are okay but I def. wouldn't being eating all of them .0

For some reason I swear I've read lots of people on here talking about how I need to eat ALL of my exercise calories...hhhmmm.
I'll try to not eat them all and then see what happens....patience is a virtue0 -

If you have set a calorie deficit and you exercise, you should eat most of your exercise calories. If you don't, you're simply increasing that deficit and your body is more likely to hold on to your fat stores.
Also, since you want to lose a relatively small amount of weight (looks like 10 lbs), it's going to take more time.

I tried the link but it says the page can't be found. My MFP calorie count is 1200 per day. I've always heard your net calorie count should not drop below 1200 so I usually eat all my exercise calories but was wondering if I'm sabotaging my efforts.
And I realize it's going to take longer because I have less to lose...it's just frustrating as I'm sure everyone on this site has experienced at one point or another0
