Hi everyone

I'm 50 and I joined My fitness pal the other week. At the moment I am trying the 5:2 diet so far since the 15th June I have lost 7 pounds. This week I am doing the 4:3 diet fasting on a Monday. Wednesday and Friday. I was a bodybuilder for 20 plus years but had to give that up due to problems with my joints and arthritis. If you wish to add me as a friend then please do so. I also use fitbit which i have sync to my fitness pal as well so if anyone uses this you can add me to that as well. Same user name :smile:
