Cravin sugar day after intense workout? Good or bad?

Yesterday, I put in a double workout because I wasn't going to be able to workout today. I did a lot of TRX, weight training and cycling. Today, I am craving sugar. Usually when I crave sugar and I give in, I end up losing weight. Is this good or bad?

Actually, I don't feel hungry after a hardcore workout. I am thirsty throughout the day but never hungry until the next day. I do not eat before working out. I workout in the morning and am never hungry in the early AM.0 -
Its normal. Try eating something a little sweet that also has complex carbs in it.0
