Not sure about my calories

Hi all! I've been using MyFitnessPal for a long time now. I'm currently 5'5 and 133 pounds and would like to get down to about 125 eventually. I've been taking it slow after having bulked on 2400-2500 calories per day for about 4-5 months starting this past January and had some great strength and muscle gains. Recently my activity level has changed as I am not a student anymore, and have moved back home for a little bit while taking care of my mom who has cancer. Thus, I have become rather sedentary aside from my gym routine each day. My current routine is 5x week lifting (a different body part each day for about 30-40 minutes) and doing 20 minutes of cardio after each leg day (2x per week) and 30 minutes of cardio (3x per week). I'd say I'm at the gym for about an hour to an hour and fifteen. I was eating about 1700 calories for while, but was veryyyy slowly losing (I've been cutting since the end of April). So, I've lowered my intake to 1600, but I'm unsure if even this is still too much or too little. I don't have much to lose so it's hard to tell. My BMR is 1360, which I had tested this year. Would I be considered lightly active or sedentary - and what would you all recommend me eat at?

1600 sounds reasonable to me... the other option I would suggest is eat your BMR, but eat cals burned from exercise back. stick with one method for 3-4 weeks then re-evaluate based on your results over that time.0 -
If you're weight lifting, why are you trying to get down to 125? I would suggest looking at having your BMI calculated (properly) and aim for a range of body fat. You need to remember that muscle is going to weigh more than fat.
That being said, I think you need to stick at your current level and see what happens. Try not to focus too much on a weight number, but on how your body is feeling.0
