I was just entering cereal on my food list - and thought, I really am not sure if the amounts shown count the milk in my cereal. I ASSUME no, and have entered the milk separately on past entries, but I figured I would be better to ask...
I have only been doing this since Monday, and want to be sure to give all the right info...

I don't think it is included. I have seen some labeled though with the dry cereal facts and then a column that says "with 1/2 cup of 2% milk" or something similar.0

In general you will have to log everything separately. You can add "recipes" for when you consistently have the same items together so you only have to log one thing instead of several. Just be sure that if you do this you measure and weigh out every ingredient to ensure accuracy.0

I would say that if it is not stated "with 2% milk" then it is not included. My tea is categorized stating "with 2% milk" so I think it is safe to assume the cereal is not. I like the suggestion of making a recipe of items we eat often, I'm gonna see how that works for me!0
