    You should not be embarrassed at all! You are beautiful, and damn you look amazing now!! You should be so proud of your self!! What a major difference!! I was wondering if you were following a specific plan, and how long it took you to reach the 170 pounds. If it's not too much trouble, do you mind sending me a private message about that?
