    Hi all, I am female, 51 years old, starting weight was 215 lbs and I am now 136 lbs, I have lost 79 lbs , it has taken 2. Years,
    I lost about 45 lbs then stopped for a bit then carried on again and lost the rest.
    My profile picture is me now and I feel slim and happy.

    First pic i'm over 400 lbs, I was actually a lil bigger than Phil. Second pic around 375, first time trying out battle ropes at planet fitness. Third pic I'm 340 at the electric run 5k!
