    Thanks for your story! I desperately need to loose 100 lbs for a knee operation. My first month on myfitnesspal I lost 8lbs. :happy: I have also noticed within this short amount of time, that I get full much quicker and my appetite is been diminished quite a bit and would rather eat healthy food over junk food and fast food. Your story has really motivated me. Thank you!
