C25k results?

Anyone had great results from doing c25k? I just started three days ago and my scales moving steady. Id love to see pics if any!!

    i can run a 5k so i'd say the results were magnificent.

    I am in the middle of doing C25K. I have been doing other things as well so I can't really say weight wise. I can see endurance wise I have seen results. I could hardly run the minute when I first started. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest it was so fast. Now I can jog for 10mins, take 2-3min break and then jog for another 10mins. I am still caught up on not being able to do the 20mins without a break but I have come a long way. I am hoping soon to be able to finish the 20min no break level I have been stuck on soon.

    After using C25K on and off for a year. Final result is that I did my first half marathon in 3 hrs and 33 mins with 75 mins of jogging. Yes I did 21kms while I am still 300lbs. This app really really helped in achieving that.

    I loved it!! I did c25k in March/April 2013 and continued building on my own after that. I completed my first half marathon in September 2013.

    I was able to run a 5k at the end...that was my only result. I didn't lose any weight because I was still eating too much.

    I'm a C25k graduate :) I did it earlier this year. You can look in my profile photos. There's a collage of before pictures and then a side by side of after pictures. The afters were taken right after I did a 5k a few weeks ago.

    I first did C25k a few years ago. I finished the whole thing, ran a race (39:42 time), ran for a few months, and then totally fell off the wagon. I started it back up over the winter and then ran a race in May and another in June. My most recent time was 34:29. Now I'm working my way up to 10k.
