I had low fat cottage cheesewith an assortment of fresh fruit - pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, plum, and peach, and a nice slice of seeded wheat bread. It was so good I thought I was eating dessert.

I don't know yet - whatever I get from the store, but thanks for the ideas. And when I saw Carrie ask what a philly cheese steak was I though "MY GOD WOMAN!" but I see you're from BC, so you're forgiven! lol
  • BBQ pulled pork sandwich with slaw on it....probably should have left off the bun but its just not the same. My husband makes the most awesome smoked meats and BBQ that I don't even resent the fact that he spends about $1200 a year upgrading and buying new smokers.

It's basically cut up thin, thin steak strips with peppers and onions and cheese usually on some type of hoagie!

Not bad, you should try one!

I went to an urban bbq place and had pulled pork, no bun very little barbecue sauce, a couple of fried okra (whole pieces) and cooked fresh green beans. Not great, but could have done worse! Oh wait, I did do worse... I had some of the nacho appetizer. Yuck! I was hungry, but managed not to scarf down my whole plate. One step ahead.

Ohhhh gawd.... it's my night to cook, and I so wanted something fresh, and fun. Buuuuut, by the time we got around to dinner, we both were wore out, and happily Ezzie suggested pizza. Yea. I only had 2 pieces, as opposed to my usual 1/2 pie, so I feel pretty good about that. But we both really just prefer to have a nice, simple dinner...
