Starting Insanity tmrw, need motivation!

Hi, I've recently put on half a stone, not happy. So starting tmrw it's time to shift it and tone up! Going to be starting Insanity, looking for others who are starting it and have started it to help keep me motivated. The only exercise I do at present is walking, it's gonna be tough but I'm determined to do it!

I am planning to start with the Fit Test tonight! I have done a few insanity workouts in the past, but I have never gotten farther than the second week. I'm hoping to stick to it and finish this time! I don't know how active I'll be on here, but I'll try to post every so often!0

I am ending week 2 (do the Fit Test tomorrow)! Shaun T does kick your butt, but I am seeing improvement in my ability to keep up with him already. I won't know my official measurements until tomorrow after my Fit Test, but I can see some more definition in my abs and my arms!

I am doing insanity- Week 3 day 6. So far i see my muscles toned, but i have lost only 3 pounds..hope to see more progress soon. Feel free ti add me as friend! Always ready for some motivation!0
