Hi
I am not really SSS but I thought I would give myself a catchy, positive name and something outstanding to aim for! I really want to lose about 60-70 pounds and I am giving myself the time, love and circumstances to do it. I feel "on track" at the moment (lost ten pounds recently) but I know that I will need guidance and support in the coming weeks and months. I am here if anyone needs a weight loss pal too.

I lost 55 lbs, and recently gained back 15. A giant pot hole in my health and fitness journey. A little medical condition took 6 months to find out what I had, and now I'm being treated and back on tract. It's going to be a challenge getting back to where I was but I've come to far to not try.
10 pounds is a great start, just don't give up. Try new diets or new work outs, get bored or stuck just switch it up. You can do I did, and I'm back at it again.

Thanks for the advice Jinnie. Think I will definitely need changes in the coming months. Boredom can be a big problem for me and I want to STAY motivated this time.x0
