creamed curried chicken
1 1/2 lbs of skinless boneless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 220 cal a serving
1 tbs flour
1 tbs evoo
1 c of chopped onions
1 tbs curry powder
1 ts salt
1/2 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts garlic powder
1/4 ts black pepper
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c plain yogurt
coat chicken with flour set aside heat oil in lg skillet on med heat add onions cook n stir till tender stir in curry powder salt cinnamon garlic powder n pepper cook for 1 min add chicken cook n stir until no longer pink stir in broth reduce heat to low simmer 10 min or until chicken is cooked and sauce has thicken stirring occasionally remove from heat stir in yogurt till blended and smooth
