    I eat 5-6 times a day and have no problem hitting my protein goals on a daily basis, just the opposite usually.

    Low fat milk
    Fresh ground peanut/almond butter
    Whey isolate protein
    chicken breasts
    93%/7% lean hamburger or turkey burger
    eggs
    egg whites
    low fat cottage cheese

    I have a protein powder I mix with some soy milk every day. I also get protein from tofu, peas, quinoa, low fat cottage cheese, eggs, fat free feta or other low-fat cheeses, peanut butter, the bread I use, edemame, cashews, greek yogurt occasionally, misc. veggies throughout the day... Lots of places!

    Get most of mine from chicken and turkey. One large chicken breast usually does it.

    And I love smoked salmon so I have that with scramble made from only egg whites and a little bit of spring onion.
