You seem very rigid with your plan. Personally I'd recommend having more fun with it...

Are you trying to gain weight or lose weight?

It very much DOES matter if you're trying to lose or gain weight. Advice is VERY different depending on which you're trying to do.

Here's the info I'd love from you to help you out with your plan. Can you tell us your... :

    BMR
    TDEE
    body fat percentage
    Age: 18
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 167

And how many calories per day do you estimate you'll eat following your plan?
And how many calories do you estimate you'll burn per day following your plan?

(edited to add your age, which you told us)

if you want to get the most out of your workouts, don't mess with apples and bananas - have complex carbs before and after. they will give more sustained energy and help with glycogen stores for next workout. whole grain bread, bagels pasta or oats would be good workout foods.

i wouldn't be so rigid, either. i mean, some days i want to drink more water, some days less - some days i want eggs for breakfast, some days i want oats cooked in vanilla protein drink, and yet other days i might want something else. i meet a certain number of calories, amount of protein and carbs, and keep fat and sugar below a certain amount, and i can eat anything that meets those criteria. i suggest you do the same - that way, you can eat fish for your lunch protein one day, eggs another and fat free greek yogurt still another day.

I second this. You plan to work out quite a lot (do you already do that or is it new for you?), which is fine if your body is used to it and you enjoy it, but if you're new to exercise you might want to take it a bit slower at first :).

Are green beans and broccoli the only veggies you like? You might want to change it up a bit to keep your food interesting :)

And lastly, I think the total amount of calories you'll be consuming might be bit low for the amount of exercise you'll be doing. What is your calorie goal?

Too much exercise..you are going to burn out and you are not eating enough to sustain your weightloss...your bod is going to rebel and hold onto that weight.
