just needing encouragement

Hey everyone!

so i've had myfitnesspal for a while but I'm horrible at logging in my food and workouts. Also, I'll start watching my diet and then gradually fall off my plan after two weeks.

Just wanted to meet some people and have some words of encouragement. Thinking about possibly starting a low sugar diet but not sure. Thoughts?

    I'm usually the same. I log in for about a week and a half then I fall off. I don't know what it is. I really want to get in shape. lol. I might start doing intermittent fasting. Low sugar diet is good but maybe not as effective on losing weight. (If that's your goal)

    A low sugar diet will not facilitate weight loss if you are not logging accurately enough to ensure a calorie deficit.

    As for logging consistently, nobody can help you on that except yourself, unfortunately. When you are truly ready to make the commitment, you'll do it.

    Visit the success forum every day and be motivated by people who have been consistently logging and lose weight.
