In October 2011 I started my weight loss journey and to date have lost 155lbs. Everyone who uses mfp knows as your weight decreases so do the calories. Currently to lose 1-2lbs a week I need to eat 1200 calories a day.
Here is what I need advice with - How in the world am I going to lose the next 30lbs eating 1200 or less calories each day?
My breakfast is usually 140 calories, snacks(morning and afternoon together) are about 300, lunch is 450-550, and then dinner gets what is left over. I am NOT a clean eater. I do not diet and I do not take any type of pills to lose weight. I have lost my 155lbs with counting calories, exercise, and basically making lifestyle changes.
SOOOO - how do I lose the next 30lbs and not starve? My BMR is 1721 currently.
Taking it one day at a time for the moment.

Congratulations on your progress so far!
I think you need to step back and re-evaluate your goals. With only 30 lbs left to lose, a 1-2lb/week loss is quite aggressive. I'd suggest shooting for somewhere in the 1/2-1lb a week. That will up your calories to a more reasonable level, while still allowing you to continue on your journey.0 -
If you are exercising, you should be eating some of those calories back. Aim for a deficit of .5 to 1 lb per week also.0
