    Thanks for your story! I desperately need to loose 100 lbs for a knee operation. My first month on myfitnesspal I lost 8lbs. :happy: I have also noticed within this short amount of time, that I get full much quicker and my appetite is been diminished quite a bit and would rather eat healthy food over junk food and fast food. Your story has really motivated me. Thank you!

Every major milestone I hit, I bought a piece of jewelry that I wear every day to remind myself of my work. Honey, you need to buy yourself a Mercedes or somethin' :)
