Looking for friends who will log on often to help keep each other on track! About 40lbs to lose here and i want to do it by the new year, lets help each other.

Whatever works! lol. Starting with cardio 45 min, 5x a week. Light weighs a couple times (but i dont' really know what i'm doing with that), and counting calories. I already eat fairly healthy foods most of the time, just gotta cut out that extra junk i like to add in!
I'm open to any suggestions you guys might have also0 -
I have lost 30 lbs since December. Just joined MFP last month and my goal is to lose 87 more pounds. The number is daunting, but i got excited when I reached two digits to lose rather than three. Its about the little things right? I try to log on every day, If you would like to add me feel free.0
