    Yes, I am losing steadily...so I am pleased with that...the weight loss has slowed down to 2-3 pounds a week but I will take it...thank you so much for the support...it means a lot!

    Thanks Allie...just stick with the site and be honest with yourself about what you are eating and how much you are exercising...this site works, and the message boards are wonderful because the people here are so wonderful and supportive. You can post anything on here...from questions about food, to struggles, to off topic things like having a date lol. Best wishes for your weight loss...and of course if you have questions along the way, let us know :)
