I use this recipe calculator all the time for my homemade recipes or recipes I'm altering. It's very simple; you just add the ingredients and put in the number of servings and it spits out the nutritional information for you. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp
I also love this website: http://www.skinnytaste.com/. She has tons of healthy ways of making some great dishes, and they all taste GREAT! On most of her more recent recipes she includes the nutritional break down for you, so you don’t have to calculate it yourself. The website was based on posting recipes for that include Weight Watcher’s points, so those points are also include with the nutritional facts.
