    I found some tortillas that I think will work for me. They are huge and only 100 calories each.

    Personally I have found that if I deprive myself of a certain food, I want it even more which is bad. So I will have a little of whatever it is I want. Yes it is hard to remind yourself that you shouldn't go overboard once you have all of that deliciousness in your mouth, but it does get easier. And since I have joined this website, if I see I am close (or over) my calorie intake for the day, I exercise a little more :o)

    I think it is okay to indulge every now and then. On the Biggest Loser, the contestants eat a big meal with more calories than normal on their weigh-in day just to confuse their bodies. You never want your body to know exactly what you are going to do, then it expects it. Enjoy your date time with your husband and just be planful for those extra calories :)
