Fibre One 100 calorie chocolate peanut butter flavour bars. So much win in one little package. That, or chocolate whey protein shakes. It feels guilty but it's not! :D

I can, unfortunately, blow through a pack of granola/snack bars in a couple hours or less. But I only made that mistake with the Fiber One bars once...

Well healthy option: a peach with some sugar sprinkled on it runs about 80 calories :)

unhealthy: I like to put 72 grams of no sugar added chocolate ice cream by Blue Bell (tastes wonderful! and is only 90 calories!) and then put a couple tablespoons of light whipped cream on it (6 tablespoons is only 15 calories) and then sprinkles on top!

Try making some homemade meringue cookies. They are made of only sugar, egg whites, and vanilla extract. No gluten!

Cherries. :) Some people swear by frozen grapes as well.

Trail mix! Dollar General has a lot of different kinds of trail mix for a lot cheaper than other places have. About 160 calories per serving, which is about a handful. Usually tackles my sugar cravings -- I'm a big fan of the chocolate peanut butter one they have!

Gluten free graham crackers dipped in lemon greek yogurt tastes like lemon meringue pie. But I'm a fan of pudding in general. Seriously, could live on the stuff.

Cherries, either fresh or frozen. Nature's bon bons -- all sweet and yummy. And cherries are cheap in the supermarket right now.

Dole makes frozen banana slices dipped in dark chocolate. You could make them yourself, too, probably, but Dole puts packages servings individually, which is helpful.

    Try fruits.

If you really want too sweet - try medjool dates. It is overwhelmingly sweet and guaranteed to stop any sugar craving.

Fiber one 90 calorie brownies, Greek yogurt frozen chocolate pops, vanilla flavored low calorie Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of honey. You just have to get creative. Sometimes I just squirt a little whipped cream straight into my mouth. I am obviously single. Lol.

I also have celiac and I allow myself one 60 calorie vanilla pudding after dinner. It's also gluten free.

Trust me, that's a skill you can use when you aren't single.

And also, who doesn't do that?

Really good with raspberry or orange flavor yogurt. I just stir in a few choc chips and then stick sticks in the cup & freeze. Yummy & takes awhile to eat, so win win!

Skinny Cow ice cream treats - I recently fell in love with their Chocolate Mousse Ganache cones for 160 calories each. I may have daydreamed about one this afternoon!

I also play around with things like slow-churned ice cream, Hershey's special dark chocolate syrup, light whipped cream - not too many calories if you measure out the portions, but still satisfying, plus you could add some berries too!
