Satisfying a sweet craving without sky-high calories

Dole makes frozen banana slices dipped in dark chocolate. You could make them yourself, too, probably, but Dole puts packages servings individually, which is helpful.0

Try fruits.
If you really want too sweet - try medjool dates. It is overwhelmingly sweet and guaranteed to stop any sugar craving.0 -
Fiber one 90 calorie brownies, Greek yogurt frozen chocolate pops, vanilla flavored low calorie Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of honey. You just have to get creative. Sometimes I just squirt a little whipped cream straight into my mouth. I am obviously single. Lol.0

I also have celiac and I allow myself one 60 calorie vanilla pudding after dinner. It's also gluten free.0

Trust me, that's a skill you can use when you aren't single.
And also, who doesn't do that?0 -
I love frozen Greek yogurt with a few dark choc chips mixed in on Popsicle sticks or forms0

Really good with raspberry or orange flavor yogurt. I just stir in a few choc chips and then stick sticks in the cup & freeze. Yummy & takes awhile to eat, so win win!0

Skinny Cow ice cream treats - I recently fell in love with their Chocolate Mousse Ganache cones for 160 calories each. I may have daydreamed about one this afternoon!
I also play around with things like slow-churned ice cream, Hershey's special dark chocolate syrup, light whipped cream - not too many calories if you measure out the portions, but still satisfying, plus you could add some berries too!0 -
Thanks so much for all these suggestions! I've never had frozen grapes before but that sounds interesting. Yoghurt is something I like too but rarely buy for some reason, so I could definitely bring that into my diet more (and I could always use the extra calcium.) I didn't manage to get out to the shops today as something came up but I'll get some of the things suggested asap. I love strawberries, I also like peaches and bananas. I don't like dark chocolate at all, it's a tad too bitter for me, so I may have to just try and not buy the milk chocolate I normally buy, the sat fat is always too high in it anyways. Not saying I won't finish what I have in the house though, lol (waste not!)when you did it were you still eating enough of real food?
Yep, my diet at the time was very sensible. I am just useless at saying no to sweeties!0
