Okay, I have a new vitamix blender that is a juicer. How do I count the calories?

I just list the ingredients that I juice. I'm not sure if that's the right way to do it though.0

You multiply the amount of fiber in each of the items that you juice by 4, then you subtract that number from the total number of calories. Fiber accounts for four calories for each gram, since you are eliminating the fiber, you subtract it. Here is a link to an article that explains it better: http://www.ehow.com/how_5155227_count-calories-juicing.html0
