How can I get more fiber without eating a lot of cereal?

Split peas (16. grams)
Lentils (16.6 grams)
Black Beans (15 grams)
Lima Beans (13.2 grams)
Artichokes
Broccoli (7 grams)
Brussels Sprouts
Rasberries
Blackberries
Avocados --one half ( 6.7 grams)
Pears (5.5 grams)
