only a little to go

hi there
so I have 10lb left to lose, having lost 15lb already. (I'm 5'9").

Any hints for how to lose it? I'm at a healthy weight now and I would be at a healthy weight then, I just want to slim down a little.

I get that it's easier to lose more slowly when you have such a small amount to go, but would it be possible to lose it in six weeks?

    Unfortunately 6 weeks is not nearly enough time to lose 10lbs if you are already at a good weight and those 10lbs are your last. Aim for no more then 0.5lb per week.

    And if you're looking to be leaner looking, maybe the number on the scale isn't what you should focus on. Maybe you should focus on lowering body fat% if you're still unhappy with the way you look at a normal/healthy weight.
