I did the 30 day shred in April and loved it. I'm starting today! Is there and actual "group" I could join or are do we just post here?0

Hi there! I started the 30 day shred in late June and I just finished Day 5 of Level 2. Due to a couple of trips out of town with my family, I did not do Level 1 straight through, but I do plan to do Level 2 with only two Sundays off. Haven't lost any weight yet but I have my measurements from late June so I'm anxious to see results at the end of July! Let's get SHREDDED!! ????????????0

I'm doing 30 day shred 4 or five days a week because I don't want to stop doing my other workouts. I get pretty sore from doing 30DS so adding it to my other rouotines wears me out. Also I'm starting to choreograph a bunch of Zumba routines so I can job hunt and that adds more activity to m y days.
Since I don't think I'll ever have a full month free to do tis program every day, I'm going to go through it in the month it takes, but not do the whole 30 days.0 -

I'm a failure ;-) I'm already doing 10 classes a week at the gym and logging about 2+ miles a day that I don't add as exercise. In addition I'm choreographing routines for teaching Zumba and that takes an additional 10 hours a week.0
