    I apologize if there is a recent post in relation to this topic... but I did not see one.

    I just joined Curves Smart 3 weeks ago and already have lost 7.5 lbs. Just curious what results others are seeing?

      I started Curves smart in January 2012 and went on to lose 75lbs, there were other factors but I believe this was a huge part. I got pregnant right after reaching my goal weight and after having the baby I needed to lose 15lbs. I got right back into my Curves workout 6 days a week and added in the new Jillian Michael's workout, I lost that 15lbs no problem plus 5 more and 21" total.

      I had my first workout today. Loved it. Where I am at without the food count part just the fitness per month is $44
