It's nice to maintain....
I lost twenty and I've maintained for eighteen months, but I'm thinking that my goal could have been lower. Whenever I drop below my goal, I drink extra wine, eat extra potato chips and / or stop logging for a bit or eat three to five hundred calories above my TDEE. It's all a mind game. I decided this week that I won't be lifting or planning a lifting regimen any more in the near future so I can afford to lose 5 to 10 more pounds. Only thing is, will my mind allow it? We shall see.

Good luck, my friend. If I have learned nothing else on MFP - it's that you have to adjust, re-evaluate, & be flexible. Good luck with your new goals. ♥0
