Is it possible to lose 3 pounds in almost two weeks?

I have been so active lately. on the treadmill, walking outside, and doing exercises on my xbox kinect. I also have changed my diet and have incorporated more vegetables. But I didn't expect to lose 3 pounds this soon. Is this normal? I have been checking the scale and did that about four times and It says I have lost 3 pounds. I think I don't believe it because I feel as if im doing things right when I look up on how to lose weight on the internet...
