    The weight I've given as my starting weight is from yesterday and for the purposes of this challenge I will continue to give you Fridays weights. However, this morning I'm down another pound so that's one in the bag already!

    If you want in on the first week of the challenge, send me a message with your starting weight for it, taken between Sunday 9th January and today, and the day you normally weigh yourself on ASAP... I'm doing the starting table with everything I get by midday today!!!!!!!

    The weight I sent you yesterday was the weight I was last Saturday - you can use this as my starting weight instead if you like?
