Body weight exercise routines?

I'd like to do a body weight routine at work since it's slow some nights. Does anyone have a recommendation? I work with other people so I can't get too sweaty but I'm in scrubs so I can move fairly freely. It's a hospital setting so I can't do cartwheels down the hall (if I could even do them in the first place) but just something I can do that doesn't take too long that I could do multiple times or just once depending on how busy it is.
