Meal Prep ( I think I'm doing it wrong)

So, every week I cook, prepare and individually package breakfast, lunch and two snacks for the week. I cook dinner 6 days a week and one is what we call "fend for yourself" night. I've adapted a 80% clean eating habit and always choose fresh over, canned or processed food. My problem, I haven't lost weight in almost 3 weeks. I take my dogs for two walks a day (totaling about 5-7 miles) I don't have time to add another workout into my schedule right now and I'm not the biggest fan of the gym. Trying to workout inside my house is a nightmare when add 1 husband whining, 1 kid screaming, and 3 dogs just being dogs. I would love some feedback on how to start losing again.

^^This. How many calories are taking in?0 -
Are you specifically tracking your calories/macros? Use the Recipes setting on MFP to help calculate those meals you prep for the week and you'll be able to analyze and go from there.0

When you walk your dogs do you a steady pace? if so, try walking one minute and jogging 30 seconds-one minute, and back to walking again. I've read that its the most effective cardio.0

If you aren't already using one, get and use a food scale. Weigh all solids. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate:

Neither is guessing:

The meal prep is not the culprit, but it could be the amount of food you are eating! Do you measure everything before you individually package it? I always cook big batches of chicken, ground beef, sausage, whatever else I may have found on sale that week, and weigh it all out into individual portions. Makes coming home late after work and the gym a million times easier.0

I'm taking in 1200 to 1500 calories per day. I have a scams and I weigh 99% of my food. The 1% is when I grab an apple or something emcee like that in a hurry. How do set up macros, and what exactly is macros? I read a lot of people posting about it but haven't dine a lot of research on it yet.0

The first link I shared (in post above) tells you how to set your macros.0
