So I'm looking for high protein after workout snacks that are low in carbs, fat, sodium and sugar. I am already over fat and sodium for the day and with burning over 700 calories I'm still technically ok with carbs, and sugar but I would really not have high carb/sugar still! Any suggestions will help

I think maybe you should be using a higher protein mix or something. Either way, egg whites are a perfect solution in your case though. For 200 calories, you can have low everything w/ 40g protein.0

Boneless skinless chicken breast. Any lean meat is what you're looking for if you're ruling out protein shake. Not many other options out there. Egg whites, too.0
