I did walk at least 4 days that week
so I am going to add 8 miles to this.
July 10 - Walking 3 miles

I'm in! I walk at least 4 miles everyday, sometimes 5. Sometimes I will take 1 day off a week, but that's it! According to Map My Walk, I'm walking 4 miles in about 1 hr 5 min and 5 miles in 1 hr 20 min. I love walking! Hope everyone stays motivated! ( :0

Happy that I am sticking to this and moving most every day. About a third of the way through the month and almost half way to my goal!!

I stepped on a scorpion Saturday morning (First step into the grass) so I have been down all weekend. Its more swollen, itchy and my ankle hurts, but I think I can start walking this evening, I will send an update if it can happen or not.
