eating all the calories???

ok i get 1200 cals and i do zumba and burn bout 600 cals so that give me 1800 cals and that is alot to eat on any day. Is that right

HI! That doesnt mean you eat 1800 a day. For every 3500 calories you eat you gain a pound. Well, if you are burning your calories you loose weight...at least thats how its suppose to work. Its a lot harder to accomplish. But if you set your goal at 1200 and burn 600 doing Zumba then you are on the right track if you are trying to loose weight. I hope that helps.0

I would aim to eat around 1600 based on what you do. You don't have to eat the FULL 1800 but close is good.0

To the point of injuring yourself of course you can, your body will tell you when its had enough...tired next day? Then you have done too much. Remember MFP takes away your calories based on the stats you entered. You're already eating less to loose weight so you should try and eat most of the ones you have burned off.0
