Weight Loss - Thighs and Glutes

Hello. I am an African American male, 6'1, 200 lbs. I have lost 30 lbs since March, but I would really like to see more weight loss in my thighs and glutes. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest anything that would help. I've searched for info, but it's hard to find any specifically for men. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, fat loss is really genetic. Some people take it of in their mid section first, some their upper body, some their lower body, some overall. There isn't much you can do about that -- you can't spot reduce. But, what you can do is train those areas which can help them look better overall. So squats and lunges are some of the best exercises for your thighs and glutes.

    You can't really force weight to come off your thighs... but you could work out your upper body to make yourself look more balanced. If your shoulders are bigger your legs will look smaller in comparison.
