    Oh yeah, lying in my hammock on a nice spring day.

    And listening to my son laugh uncontrollably when he cheats at Memory and I say, "HEY! No more cheating, cheater!" He thinks that is hilarious.

    An 83 year old lady who attends our Ashtanga class, who rises slowly from hands and feet flat to the mat to a strong steady handstand. She is an example to us all and if I am that strong and supple at her age I will be very happy.
