    Hi there, I am 41yrs old 5'3" and weigh 160 as of this morning, down from 175, heaviest in my life. My ideal weight is about 115-120 i know i can do this again because i was there only 11 yrs ago. I still have room for more friends to help and get help from, so if you would like to add me please do.

    I'm 5'3 and used to be 105, but after three kids in four years I found myself at just over 150. I'm at 148 now and have a goal of 115, and will decide when I reach that if I want to get back to 105.

    I am 5'5" and currently weigh 144lbs. Want to get down to 130 and then see how I feel I weighed 108 when I got married. Now I feel dumpy. I have been doing JM 30Dshred for past week...took measurements at the onset. Walking more during the day with a pedometer, I need all the props I can get, so the DVD and pedometer, and a little thing called a calendar which I record all these stats, even if I poop, I write it down...these help a ton. Am going to weigh in after 1 week instead of daily, too much fluctuation esp when I eat salty foods. Calories at 1200 + exercise cals. I eat them all cuz I get hungggg. I like stats and logging food really reigns me in and controls my eating habits better than ever.:blushing: I will get there. Good luck.

    Hi, I'm 5'1 and 155lbs. My GW is 125lbs. I've lost 60 lbs in the past few years and went from very limited exercise to an active lifestyle and tracking my daily calories. I've had a bit of a plateau in the past 4 months and have recently joined this site to get back on track!

    I am 5'3.5" and I am at 130 lbs. Put on some weight this past Fall :( Normally in my 120's.

    I am hoping to be 115 lbs by Spring, but I'd really like to be 110 lbs.

    I have had eating disorder off and on from 2005 to 2010 so I know how hard it is.

    And if that is you in your pic, your legs look nice and lean :)

    I'm currently 148lbs and want to be at 130. I stand a whopping 5'2''.

    Me exactly! I'm 147, 5'2" (49 yr female) also looking to get to 130. Currently losing avg. of 1/2 pd. a week. A bit discouraged by that, but after reviewing the boards here, feeling so much better!

    I'm 5'3" 134 pounds :( also my heaviest considering I'm a very active person. It sucks to feel winded lol but I'm hoping to be at 115 :)

    I'm 5' 5" and hope to get to 135 BUT would love to be motivated to 130. I was 125 at my lightest but that was BK (before my three kids!). Add me if you like. I eat well but just too much and too often! Currently at 147.

    I'm 5'2", currently at 136 and would love to get between 120-125. I just turned 40 and have been on and off working out but it's definitely slower coming off than it used to :/ I wold love to have more friends on here for motivation and support!

  • My biggest inspiration is old photos of when I weighed less... I compare it to the "me" now, and it inspires me to look that way again. I know I did before, so I should be able to get there with some determination.

    Also, I am 45 years old and my BP has started getting just a little bit high and I notice I don't have the energy/stamina I once had. For health reasons, I would like to get a handle on this before it causes health concerns.

    I'm 5'5 and efore my kids i was 115-125lbs. My current weight is 156lbs and I'd like to be at 135-140lbs, or about 145lbs if its all muscle.
  • I am almost 47. 5'1 and I started at 190. My highest weight ever. I also am inspired by older pictures when I was more fit and active. I look back and even then thought I was too heavy. I think now...If could only get back to that weigh,t I would be happy. 118 has always been a good weight for me. That's my ultimate goal, although, I would like to get to 110. Then build some muscle and tone.
