    July 1 - Walking 2 miles
    July 3 - Walking 2 miles

    On vacation June 27 - July 9th
    I did walk at least 4 days that week
    so I am going to add 8 miles to this.

    July 10 - Walking 3 miles
    July 11 - Leslie Sasone Walking w/weights 2 miles

    I'm in! I walk at least 4 miles everyday, sometimes 5. Sometimes I will take 1 day off a week, but that's it! According to Map My Walk, I'm walking 4 miles in about 1 hr 5 min and 5 miles in 1 hr 20 min. I love walking! Hope everyone stays motivated! ( :

    July total = 12.6 miles out of 25 (My husband works crazy, long hours so it can be hard to get a walk in. I try to do a workout video on days when he is not home.) Halfway there, woot woot!

    Hi there, I know 1/3 of the month is gone but it said you can join at anytime.

    I'm just restarting on here and I need a lot of help to stay on track.

    I am using Runkeeper.

    Have not been really good at posting my walks - sorry


    Yesterday I did 2 miles. Today i did 2 also.

    Day 11 for me ... total for the month since joining .... 25 miles

    Happy that I am sticking to this and moving most every day. About a third of the way through the month and almost half way to my goal!!

    today I walked in the pool for an hour .. nice change - cooler too. I figure this should be 2 miles just like my normal walking takes.

    Day 12 for me ... total for the month since joining .... 27 miles

    I stepped on a scorpion Saturday morning (First step into the grass) so I have been down all weekend. Its more swollen, itchy and my ankle hurts, but I think I can start walking this evening, I will send an update if it can happen or not.
