    Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing. I have lost some weight, but I plateau for ages and maybe lose a small amount of weight after that and then plateau, when my FL are losing much quicker than I in general. I am on a year of being extremely serious about my weight loss but being watching my weight for about 2 years and have only lost 11kg, so it's nice to have this to tell me not to give up.

    Thank you for sharing! It truly is inspiring. I especially appreciate your mentioning of stopping and starting many times and the occasional plateaus. By the grace of God, I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I have bad days. Days with no discipline. And weeks of plateaus. You inspire me to never give up!

    Thanks for sharing!! I have lost 84lbs over the past year and I have hit another one of those dang plateaus where my weight just doesnt move. It does get frustrating and your story reminded me that I am not the only one who gets in a holding pattern. Just the kick I needed to keep focused and keep going.
