Should I eat more on days I work out?

On MFP profile, I am lightly active, want to lose 2 lbs per week, and my recommended calorie intake is 1360. I was wondering, do I always eat that amount of calories, even if I burn 500 calories during my workout? Or do I eat more to balance it out? Thanks in advance :)

MFP is based on net NEAT calories ... you are expected to eat exercise calories back under their system.

So there is no harm in eating back all the calories I burned?

None as long as you accurately figure both your intake and exercise burns then eat to the net calorie goal calculated by MFP.

That said, depending on how much weight you have to lose, two pounds per week might be a bit aggressive.

there are some good explanations of this in other threads. Search on "eating back" and you'll find them. Hope that helps.
