I'm working on increasing my veggie intake and I'm wondering if there is a way to set up a check mark or counter to tally my vegetable servings?

For a few months instead of tracking by meal I changed my meal names to food groups, and put vegetables on the top. It think it went vegetables, grains, protein and dairy, and treats. It encouraged me to integrate vegetables for all meals and snacks.0
