Different brands fit differently. In Saucony I'm a 6.5 but in Nike (hate Nike) I am either a 7 or it doesn't fit.
Everyone is right, get fitted. See if there is a running store nearby.0 -
I hardly dare say that i run in £15.00 running, which replaced a pair of tennis shoes. My big problem is thigh muscles feeling stiff the next day, but i wouldnt expect it to be the shoes as both pairs have yielded the same result (although the running shoes feel a little nicer).

There is only one cure (and it's been mentioned previously) get shoes that fit. Blisters are caused by friction, friction is caused by your foot moving around in the shoe (two layer running socks may help mitigate a slightly imperfect fit)0

I kept getting blisters until I got proper sports socks. If you're wearing cotton socks you're going to get blisters.0

Just go to a specialty running/walking store. All you answers will be revealed.0
