    It does.

You need to change your diary settings

Settings > Diary Settings > Change "Nutrients Tracked"

It will if you ask it to!

If you go to my home, then settings, then food an exercise diary settings, you can choose five things for it to display from the list of possibilities. Fiber is one of them.

    It does.

Go to Settings > Diary Settings > You can then change what macros, micros, fiber, etc. you want to track. You can choose 5.

You can go into your settings and tell MFP what to show. Fiber is an option.

Food -> Settings then the section call Nutrients Tracked

I agree that fiber should be one of the things tracked by default, instead of sugar, but oh well.
